Our experience was awesome. My Daughter & I traded in 2 cars for 2 newer ones. Gloria was helpful, informative, willing to help with our issues & she was a fun salesperson. We had some changes at the last minute which made more work for all of them - unfortunately, but they all continued with a smile & a chuckle. I thank them for that.
