My concerns with my new vehicle were “dismissed” by another shop, and I brought it into Courtney to investigate and she showed immediate care to my situation. Courtney went above and beyond, sat with me through a test drive to be able to listen to, and verify my concerns, and then went in to take my vehicle in to be put on a lift to verify her suspicions, something I do not believe was done by the other shop.
