RecommendedI bought the gummy worms, as I feel it would be easier to cut in half (I am pretty sensitive, so I figured start in small bites and work my way up). I eat about a quart when the pain is bad, and I normally feel good shortly after. I've tried vaping, and it's a little hard to get used to, and I prefer edibles over anything else. Strongly suggest for aches and pains, or the need to just relax.
