Their price was lower than the other two bidders and they sized the units appropriate to the space & layout. Professional & friendly. Junior was exceptional. He broke down trade terminology to simple comprehensible explanations. His analysis of my situation was not only appreciated but truly professional and spot on!! No sales tactics!! Strictly here's the problem and the quote was very specific to the problem. Unlike previous opinions which described dire circumstances to my system and tried to sell me a farm when I needed a garden, Cano and Junior were exceptional and actually told me the accurate description of my system for future use!! I was an electrical contractor in northern california for 35 years. I can say that Cano Heating & Air conditioning is a class act. Junior met me as scheduled to repair my central air conditioning that was not working. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the part on his truck to make the repair. Very competent company, I give my highest recommendation to Cano H&A.
Fast friendly service. Showed up on time and stuck with the quote I was given with no additional charges. So gained my trust, and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Javier and his company were great. He worked with me picking out the best system for my home. Having never had central AC before i needed a complete system. He installed all of the equipment i requested (American Standard) as well as brand new ducting and registers. Total install took 2 days, which is exactly what Javier said it would take. Javier (initial POC) and JR (the onsite technician) were GREAT! Javier called several times to make sure I understood everything that JR would be doing. When JR arrived, he was very courteous and professional. He explained the steps he would go through to troubleshoot my AC. he quickly found the problem (bad capacitor), and replaced it quickly. The whole process was less than an hour. Highly recommend Javier and his team for any heating and air conditioning issues that may arise (including purchase and installation).
