Where to start. First of all as soon as I walked in I usually get greeted and everyone is nice however this one was completely different I felt so unwanted like I was burdening them. When I told them about my appointment with my animal they was very rude and went yeah fine sit down in a rude tone. Then when we got called our vet was so lovely and she noticed I was quite stressed as this was the first time without my partner there.
