Bought a brand new truck. It was missing a set of keys. They told me they would get me a new one. Called back a couple weeks later and they said it was on back order no big deal. Called back a few weeks later they said they was not getting me a new set. After an argument they told me ok we will order set now and I’ll call you when its in. Cool. This dralership was not a pleasant experience. Primarily Travis the Gm not following through.
RecommendedAlways had good service at All Star. Canton Ford’s service is unacceptable. Made an appointment for an oil change, on a Saturday mind ya. Get there and they don’t have me down and can not work me in. Very aggravating. Service is horrible!!!
