I was a first time customer at Cape Fear Animal Hospital. First impressions is a lasting example of treatment, and care CFAH will provide for my pet. They received an A+. The receptionist, technicians, and doctor were very confident and concerned about my puppy's health. They made us feel like we have been a customer for years.
Been taking our 4 animals here and they have been extremely helpful, kind, and willing to work with us. They provide “Paw Plans” which are kind of like “insurance” for a lack of a better word. These paw plans are very affordable for what they cover and relieves a lot of financial stress as it’s just a monthly payment. Different plans cover different things so there is a plan for everyone when it comes to basic pet needs such as shots, dental cleanings, check ups, general visits, and spay/neuters for the younger ones. Dr.Wheeler,Jenna and Candis were so professional,knowledgeable , passionate and understanding to my dogs needs(Prince). The each of them explained everything to me in full detail what was going on with him and how things were going to be done. My Maltese Mix had a minor accident, and Cape Fear Animal Hospital took care of her injuries promptly. The staff team was polite and professional. I can’t thank you enough for helping my dog and making me feel at ease.
I love this vet so much I switched all my animals to this one. The staff is absolutely amazing, they are so caring and loving with all the animals that come in. They take the time to talk with you, find out what you're thinking and how you are feeling and they work with you on your budget. Hands down the only place I take my fur babies! Thank you guys for everything you do and continue to do.
