The staff is very courteous and pleasant. Dr. Riggins is amazing. He and his technical staff are very thorough and Dr Riggins takes time to explain everything in detail, including all options for treatment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I also love the new facility on Owen Drive.
My latest visit was at the Owen dr. location, the facility was immaculate and modernly designed. The staff is professional and courteous, and Dr. Riggins is the best. He is very cordial, takes time to answer questions, and discuss concerns and or diagnosis or treatment with his patients.
First appointment in the new facility. The staff was their usual helpful selves. Dr. Riggins addressed all of my questions and concerns. Overall a very satisfying experience. Thank you Cape Fear Eye Associates. You’re the best!
I’ve always had a great visit at the Eye Clinic. Everyone there is very helpful and professional. My doctor’s are always helpful and concerned about any issues I have. I have one suggestion, when called to the desk I don’t always hear my name being called.
Dr. Zhang is terrific! She is kind and efficient and highly skilled. The office staff was great. Lisa and Josh were especially caring and friendly.
