Started seeing Dr. Perry for my 1st time 12-6. Very pleasant Dr. Had several test performed by Shelly Smith. Another pleasant experience. She explained everything step by step. Very pleased with my appointments.
I have been to many different eye doctors in my life but I have never been examined in such a thorough way as in Cape Fear Eye Associates. The staff there is magnificent, my doctor and I'm sure all of the Doctors that work at Cape Fear Eye Associates are the same professionally, Dr. Perry my doctor is so nice, so attentive to my concerns, I just want to say thank you to her and all the staff at Cape Fear Eye Associates. I recommend it, you won't regret it.
Service has always been great. Dr. Patel is always approachable and Professional. Shelly took pictures of my eyes. She was very professional and also quick. I did not get all of their names, but all provided excellent service from check in, to check out and everything in between.
I had an appointment with Dr. Riggins today and before I saw him I had to have a visual field test with Shelly Smith who was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and fully explained the procedure to me beforehand so I knew exactly what to expect. She was professional while also being personable. She made the visit pleasurable. Tabitha did a great job explaining the surgical procedure.
My Appointment was @ 1:55 pm everyone was very kind & professional my eyes where checked & double checked I was very pleased with their service to me, thank you Cape Fear Eye Associates:)
