We were assured that they had top mechanics look at all of their cars and ensure they were ready for the road. I will say the paperwork was very clear that their vehicles are sold as-is. This violates the no contact order issued by the Boise Police Department. All of these statements are false. I will be forwarding this over to the detective to press charges for the violation. You have been told multiple times that any contact with us would result in harassment charges.
Selling broke down vehicles I recently (exactly 1 week ago) bought a 2015 Ram Hemi from these guys. Test drove it, looked it over and loved it, it was an awesome pickup. Brought it home and it started running weird. We took it to a local and reputable mechanic and turns out work needs to be done to the engine AND not to mention that the check engine light was completely disabled so it wouldn’t turn on. Don't trust trade in offers!! Was going to trade in a newer car I still owe a bit on too get a less expensive car. I was looking to trade in and put some money down, but they told me my trade in value wouldn't be much because while i was test driving something, they apparently checked out my car and said several MAJOR codes came up. Ripped off We bought the PWI warranty from these crooks! They told us to wait a month before reporting any issues until we got this xxx warranty. These crooks said their mechanic checked the car thoroughly. This was complete BS. There were 35 error codes that popped up and it is going to cost several thousands of dollars. Avoid this place at all cost! Definitely do NOT buy the PWI warranty they are peddling, you will only be throwing away more money!

Im sorry you had a bad experience. Unfortunately, these vehicles are used. We have an ASE Certified mechanic inspect all of our cars. There is no telling when something will go wrong. PWI is a reputable company. If I remember correctly you took the vehicle off road'n and they wouldn't cover the repairs. We cant be held responsible for how you treat the vehicle after the purchase. I hope you understand.
DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!! Do not buy here, I got a car and the tires they said went threw a safety inspection and it's a lie, both back tires blew. They wont show me the safety inspection paper. Or replace my tires, when I call they wont return my call. So better business bureau is getting a call.
