I would say the answer to this statement is yes and no. They were delayed, but it was due to the weather. I understand that, but I didn't get notice that they weren't coming until the Friday before they were supposed to come. They met my expectations as far as the scheduling, but they could have done...
Everyone was super friendly and courteous.
Jude was great. Everyone was more than willing to work with me and fix all of the problems, but Jude in particular was great in assessing and working to solve the issues.

I was most satisfied in that they were great at problem solving, as well as coming back out and keeping to their commitment. However, it shouldn't have leaked the next day. They didn't argue about it, and they were more than willing to say that there had been a miscommunication. They were excellent in that way.

Our project manager, Ken Fogarty was great - always available, quick to return calls, pleasant - seemed to be very motivated to minimize the impact of the project on our daily lives, I appreciated that a great deal. Good clean up, great paint work.
