The staff at Capital Construction were all professional and polite. There was clear communication from start to finish, and my new roof and door look great!
My first project manager was slow to respond and order materials. However, after emailing the company, we got a new project manager who worked in a more timely manner. We appreciated the prompt response from the top people for our situation.
The initial quotation was handled badly resulting in a large increase in cost after the contract was signed and other bidders were passed on. There are a couple of issues with the work that would make me think twice about a recommendation.

Scott was the project manager for my siding project, and he went above and beyond time and time again. When we first started working together, I was very satisfied with the experience. As time went on, I became less satisfied because of the delays. One of my windows had not been measured correctly so I had to wait more than a month for the replacement to be installed. It had already taken a long time for the windows to come. I was more satisfied with the first window installer. I became disheartened when I found out that the windows would just be replaced, and my expectation had been that any damaged wood would be corrected. ... read more
