I need to have carpet installed quickly. I noticed on the website that you can purchase today, install tomorrow. Just what I needed. When I went in to select I was informed that this is not accurate. How disappointing that a business is falsely advertising. With at said it was Hallie that made me decide to still work with them. She was quick to show me what my options were due to my time limit. It should have been explained to you that it is on in stock products only. It is possible and we do next day installations when it is needed. Installed new carpet on stairs, upstairs hall and landing. Everything went well except I did not like there scheduling process - instead of calling the evening before installation they require you to be home from 8 to 10 so they can call and let you know when they will come that day. This unnecessarily requires you to be home when they may not be coming until the afternoon. I can't understand why they can't tell you the night before as most companies do.

We do not give a time frame the night before because sometimes the installers have to go back to complete an installation from the previous day. In order to give the best approximate time, we inform our customers in the morning. However we inform customers they need to be available by a phone in the morning between 8 and 10. Moved furniture and installed new carpet and pad in two bedrooms,living room , dining room, hall and closets. Installers were very good. Cleaned up everything after job. Hauled old carpet and pad away. Excellent work.
Installed wool carpet in bedrooms, loft and landing areas. This included removing and disposing of existing. Met with Carl on a Friday night. He let us take samples back to the house and we picked one that we wanted to move forward with. We needed to have the carpet ordered, and installed in 2 weeks. Issue was the manufacturer didn't have the style we wanted in stock for delivery within the timeframe we needed. Everything was done by the provider from in store consultation, to in home measurements, to installation and cleanup. Their offers and pricing were very competitive in the end. Paul was great to work with and very workable! They installed around 1200 sq ft of quality carpet and padding - the installers did a great job on seaming, etc. It went great!
I purchased carpet from them as well as had them install it. The service was good. They were professional and efficient and I am happy with the results.
Used the Royal Palm location. Provided carpet for the entire home, approximately 2000sf. Although we were looking at a more expensive carpet, the salesman helped us purchase a more sturdy and durable carpet that had a better stain warranty and was softer. Also liked that the salesman (Charlie) was not high pressure. Even though it only came in one color (hence the lower price) we liked the color. It is also a standard color that will come in handy for resale in the future.
They installed flooring for us. It was very good. We were very happy with them.
Ripped out old tile and replaced with new tile. Found porcelain tile I loved and had Capitol Tile do everything else. They first had to pull up the old Mexican tile which had been there for years. This is the hardest, dustiest, and messiest part of the job. The workers were fabulous. Even though they worked very hard, they continued to be courteous and professional.
