Terrible service! It took them 4 months to complete the job!

Capitol is apologetic for the extended time frame it took to complete the installation. It was an extremely unique situation. The order consisted of a hardwood floor installation in 3 rooms, hall and stairs. The 3 rooms and hall were installed properly in a timely fashion. The color of the stair noses however did not coordinate well with the wood on the steps. In addition, they were a pleasure to have in our home. They were punctual, courteous and responded to questions with knowledgeableExcellent. They put in flooring for us.
Didn't show up on scheduled day of installation. Wasted a whole day waiting. rescheduled and install went fine. After rescheduling and taking off another day of work the job was completed a expected.

Two rooms were carpeted. The team arrived at 3:30 pm and they appeared tired. While the carpeting looks OK the men damaged baseboards and door frames in moving furniture. A rep from the company offered a small sum to compensate my wall painter who spent almost 4 hours sanding and repainting the damaged areas. It is always at the top of our mind to make sure that you are well taken care of. The house was freshly painted and apparently our installers brushed against some walls with the carpet. Unfortunately sometimes in tight spaces freshly painted walls will be brushed. Upon being notified the manager came to look at the job and there was a worker already in the process of fixing. Installed porcelain tile ( that looks like wood) in bedroom and sitting room area. Well let me start by saying that I wish all the workmen that had ever come to my house were as professional, courteous and knowledgeable as the crew that Capitol sent to do the job. They arrived exactly on time...moved a tremendous amount of furniture to do the install.... and before they left moved everything back in place and asked me if it was to my satisfaction.
