Capital Chevrolet has the best Service Dept. in the State. I can always depend on them to fix my problem. The people are really nice. Casey Luna was my servise advisor and he got the problem solved and it was under warranty. Super job!

Capital Chevrolet hasn't reimbursed cost of rental car according to GM program that empowers the dealership to do so when the problem is in the the vehicle, and is under full warranty. This must be done. (Mercedes Simmons, my service advisor.) What is the next step?

Service center was able to accept my car and make a diagnosis within less than a week. Other dealerships wouldn’t even offer to take my car for 2 weeks. Repair was done promptly once the backordered part arrived.
