For future reference it would be beneficial to us the customers of approximate overall costs for repairs or services and an explanation as to why you hold the vehicle for 5 days. For some customers this IS their only way to and from work school etc.

I purchased my Silverado from here yesterday and had a great experience. I worked with Alfredo, he was my salesman. Awesome guy, very personable. He never made me feel pressured, he made great conversation, we laughed as much as we did business. Highly recommend Alfredo! Unless you just like haggling, buying a new vehicle is stressful.
