Capitol provided a seamless experience I reached out late Thursday night through the internet and I was delighted to get a response within 5 minutes from Tyler Rodriguez. He provided the details I needed to make me feel comfortable enough to the point I felt I had to view and test drive the vehicle. A World Class Experience-All in one place! Finding a Chevy Volt with everything I needed was quite a task. I had encountered a few rude salesmen.
