Great People The service adviser and mechanic were awesome. However I was quoted 88.00 for the TPMS and when I checked out it was 144.00. I feel i was slighted on the cost but I will still use Capitol as the people are what makes me want to come back
New Car purchase with a trade in. I traded in a 2011 Chevy HHR for a brand new 2016 Chevy Malibu and I couldn't be any happier. My salesman Ron Favis was the absolute best. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and features and never pressured me in any way which was refreshing. We took our time looked at multiple vehicles. I made an excellent informed decision because of his knowledge and expertise.
Looking for Pre Owned Vehicle. I bought a 2015 Chevy Malibu, pre-owned. The Salesman was very attentive to my needs. He got me the car I wanted at the price point that I was comfortable with. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt pressured and the entire process was completely satisfying. I would send anybody to Ron Favis at Capitol Chevrolet.
Great experience purchasing vehicle Gene Flowerd made the process to trade in my car very easy. Gave me all the information I requested and never felt pressured to buy on the spot. Daniel Flores also helped in the financial aspect since this was my first time buying alone. Would easily recommmened anyone to go to this location because of the great customer service.
