This would be my 3rd time financing a car through you guys, and by far the best and easiest transaction ever. Tim was awesome and easy to work with. Finance manager at the end was awesome as well.

The techs were nice and the service went well, however I don't understand why there are appointments if some customers have to wait till after, kind of defeats the purpose

I’ve only ever used the service department here. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. My only issue with this place is how they always seem to be overbooked or understaffed. I don’t know which it is but every time I’ve had routine maintenance from here on any of my vehicles I end up waiting a long time. My most recent experience was over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Maybe I’m out of touch but that seems excessive. Other than that, the staff always seem to be friendly.
