Wasn't looking forward to going to this dealer in S Austin. I had stopped by over a year to try and get recall done on airbag. Service man said it would be about a week before we got our vehicle back🤷♀️ I scheduled last week and thought we were scheduled at N Austin dealer. It ended up being scheduled at S Austin. I called to verify it was a one day thing. We arrived about 45 minutes for appointment. KC greeted us immediately. I again asked about time, he said it would b out at end of day. Capitol Chevrolet provides excellent customer service. I always wait at the dealership during my maintenance visits and my vehicle is always correctly serviced within the estimated time given. My Service Advisor kept me updated as the service visit proceeded. At the end of my visit I am satisfied that everything was done that required immediate attention. A special thanks to the Administrative Cashier/Receptionists? (Don't have their names) who patiently made sure we were waited on and patiently processed payment.

Upon arrival we were met with by our salesman Johnny who had the Trax ready for us to look at. Test drove and then proceeded to purchase the Trax. Overall pleasant experience.
