Caprice Michelle is exceptional! She provided an honest initial evaluation of items that needed attention (repairs and updates). She was prepared with a market evaluation on price. I followed her direction and she was able to lease my property in only a few days. She screened the applicant, negotiated all terms and executed the paperwork. It was the easiest real estate transaction I’ve been been part of. I am very comfortable with the tenant she placed in my unit. I will definitely use her again.

Caprice is amazing at what she does. I've never met a better realtor. She is so fast and easy to work with. She is a very honest and considerate person. She will tell you wifeys something is going to be a good deal or not and is also very informative on areas and neighborhoods.
