Purchased a car at car cloud last week and i have to say that it was the best car buying experience i have ever had. Jeannie and Maurice are awesome. I have to admit this is my fault. Should have went with my gut and not purchased a vehicle here. If something is wrong with your car ,they will not return your call after you leave a thousand messages through other people there. Your best bet is to see them in person. If I hadn't kept calling,they would have never sent my license plates. After about a week. I called them and the guy didnt even remember me. Non-responsive. Purchased a vehicle there a few weeks ago. All kinds of lies and misrepresentations discovered after the fraudulent deal. No A/C, no backup camera, the vehicle's lights go out sporadically if you drive at night creating a safety hazard, the oil light came on after a few neighborhood drives, warnings about the back lights and front lights randomly come on, sunroof grunts when you push the button and the sunroof doesn't ever open, glue on the front dash where some gadget apparently used to be and so many more g... read more
