Crooks.. & Cigarettes everywhere sloppy work place They juiced up the down payment from 2k to 4K to pocket extra hidden fees that they won’t speak about when they figured out our income The car cost 9k & my wife is Co signing So between me & her our income is 120k annually Score was low but go figure they wouldn’t approve because we did not go for the hike in down payment

Whatever the downpayment (and we always try to get our customers the lowest down payment as possible) we simply get the rest from the lenders. More down payment does not equal a higher price of the vehicle. Very rude on the phone complete turn off. I called in on a specific car and the guy on the phone was not helpful like he didn’t want to sell a car. I would never want to do business with a place that doesn’t want to try to help a customer. Being in sales I would never treat someone like that
Dealer responded a week later to tell me the car was still available. He then emailed me two hours later to say I can come check it out. About twenty minutes later he told me there was a deposit on the vehicle... Unprofessional.

Not too long after we told you that you can come see the car and it's still available, a different person came and saw the 07 BMW you were interested in and left a deposit. The Prius Touring is the most expensive model for the year 2007-2009. This is advertised as a Touring, but it's not. A Touring has a larger spoiler, 7 spoke rims with larger tires, different rear and front stabilizers and different rear shocks. You'd only be able to tell from these pictures from the tires and spoilers.

Confirmed over text the car was available in the evening (7p). Drove 3 hours to get the "sorry we sold it yesterday" excuse. The exact behavior that gives used car dealerships a bad rep.
