Working with Cardinal is great. It makes it possible to manage this large community as a volunteer. I don't have to worry about anything that Cardinal handles. I know the accounts are handled professionally both in relation to incoming payments and with any contracts for service we require.
Your service has been very professional at a reasonable cost. Your on-site manager has been truly excellent.
Cardinal Management Group has done an great job of taking care of our community and its unique needs. We have very vocal residents and CMG knows how to address each and every resident professionally and civilly, no matter how difficult the circumstance.

The relationship between Cardinal Management Group and Blooms Crossing has been very positive. We have always had very knowledgeable community managers who are able to give us valuable advice to keep the community running smoothly. They are willing to gather information to help us consider new and alternate options which is greatly appreciated.
If there were zero stars as a rating, that would be our choice. We are not satisfied with Cardinal Management Group. All the negative comments on yelp are true. Their communication skills are very poor. If you have this management company, watch your accounting carefully. Be sure to check your invoices, verify the work done and be sure to give your approval before they make payments to any unbudgeted expenses. Horrible experience. Tried to call for several days. They never answer the phone. I guess they are afraid of all the complaints they receive. Called to tell them we had small infestation of termites in the past few weeks. Wanted to know what we should do. We hired our own exterminator, paid for it out of our own pocked. Believe me, they refused to even talk about it. Told us it was our problem.
Once again, Cardinal Management Group has proven to be completely tone deaf when dealing with residents. Just hours before the snow started falling this week, Cardinal Management Group issued emergency alerts and postings reminding residents that they will be towed if they are parked in snow designated spots.
