I saw Dr Moody & Jamie.....they are GREAT!
Both the front office and the dental hygienist confirmed that I came in to have a cleaning. I was charged for periodontal maintenance (50% more). The explanation was "that is what you had last time". End of an otherwise nice relationship.
Ashley is wonderful; always very professional and thorough. She provides valuable dental health suggestions. She is a real asset to the Cardinale team.
Overall, I was very happy with the dental services and staff at Cardinale until I had two experiences of gross overcharging. I find that to be very offensive. I am writing this negative review in hopes that they will give some thought to their pricing policies and consider that there is more to running a successful business than making money. Needed a tooth replacement. Tooth came back from the lab. 10 minutes later I walked out with my new tooth. You can't substitute for experience.
