The doctor comes in for two seconds and makes you feel like nothing is getting done. None of the staff really know what is going on. It’s a very unprofessional atmosphere. I hear the staff talk about patients in a rude way as if no one is around them to hear. The staff didn’t even know how to give me a copy of the physical I needed and they forgot to get my consent on vaccine/blood work.

Otavia Howard was very kind and compassionate. My son is on the spectrum and super sensitive. She made getting bloodwork and flu vaccine easy and quick. True professional.
I had an amazing experience this morning staff was great polite very chewable, Ms Jamilah Jacob was my pointed to do all my blood work, she was very nice polite and explainable and supportive 😀 ❤️ thank you staff for great morning.
Came in for a walk in. The two girls sitting together did not acknowledge me as they were on their phones and having a very loud personal conversation. Realized I had to use the kiosk to check in which was new but not that hard. The doctor was good and I was in and out. The front desk should be more considerate that we can hear their conversations.
I want to express my gratitude to Linda F (she works at the West Orange location). I was seem at the location on Monday, November 7th and was placed out of work. Linda gave me my 2day Out-of Work Letter until I receive my test results. I was told I can access my results via the patient portal. Linda asked for my number (placed it on a post it) and said we will call me the next day because i might not get my results in 24hrs. Ashley Dasilva made me feel very comfortable when I was at the care station today. She's friendly and seems to enjoy doing her job.
The West Orange office was an excellent facility with very caring staff members. The office manager, Daniella, went above and beyond to assist. She was very easy to work with, helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this facility.
Generally good. Doctor and other health providers listened to my complaint and dealt with it. I arrived at lunchtime, but there seemed to be very few, if any other patients there. I felt that my wait time was a bit long. My scrip was called in to the pharmacy, and was ready for me when I arrived.
The staff was quite friendly. I would recommend this facility...I was in and out within 90 minutes!
