About Birdeye

Birdeye is the leading agentic marketing platform for multi-location brands.

Companies like H&R Block, Aspen Dental, and Caesars Entertainment use Birdeye to manage marketing across thousands of locations — from how they get found, to how they convert, to how they retain customers. Our platform replaces disconnected point tools with AI agents that execute work at the location level — responding to reviews, updating listings, publishing content, and driving conversions.

Backed by Marc Benioff, Jerry Yang, and Accel-KKR, Birdeye was named to G2’s 2026 Best Agentic AI Products list — appearing alongside the world’s leading AI companies. We’re expanding rapidly into enterprise, with growing adoption across large, multi-location brands.

What You’ll Do

The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the delivery and continuous improvement of Birdeye’s onboarding experience for new sales hires. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to grow a career in sales enablement, training, or revenue operations within a fast-paced, AI-driven SaaS company. You’ll help ensure new hires ramp quickly by delivering engaging training sessions, maintaining onboarding content, and supporting enablement programs that align with Birdeye’s go-to-market strategy and product offerings.

  • Partner with senior enablement team members to tailor content for different roles (BDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers)
  • Track and report on onboarding metrics such as training completion, ramp progress, and early performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to keep onboarding content current with product updates and messaging
  • Coordinate logistics for onboarding programs, including scheduling sessions and supporting subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding content and learner experience based on feedback and performance data
  • Support adoption of enablement tools and resources across the sales team

  • Familiarity with SaaS business models or sales processes
  • Exposure to LMS or enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Lessonly)
  • Basic understanding of instructional design or adult learning principles
