You keep trying to charge my old credit card for three covid visit when I filled out the form for uninsured for government. And you refuse to call me back. I’ve called twice. No don’t use them. They don’t see patients anyways. Only zoom visits and only if you have some sort of previous experience with them. It’s a total shame because years ago Dr. G personally came and saw my son when he broke his arm in a bike accident.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES I bought and paid for the rapid COVID test a I have done every week for the last 3 month. I need to get weekly COVID test for my job in a nursing home. I was charged 49 dollars for the test + 49 dollars for video doctors visit on the company's website. This charges were reflected on my credit card statement. They are always there to help with whatever ailment you may have. Always. I trust them. And they make health care easy, as compared to a traditional dr office, which doesn’t have an open appointment, won’t return phone calls, and isn’t available in times of trouble. And Remedy Comes to you to help! Wherever you are. What a blessing this health care company/public service is. I am sure they have saved many lives here in Austin, Texas.

Sliced my hand open (real deep) in the kitchen. Help! I have called/emailed 13 times over the past month in an effort to reach your billing office due to an error with our insurance billing and cannot get a return call, or, emaiol.
