I am a friend or relative of resident Physical therapy is wonderful. Nurses are very caring and concerned, yet staffing is poor. Family meetings with social work and care team went well, yet, when the time came to transfer my mother home, it seemed like management came up with every excuse for the 'delay'. I visited this facility Staffing is poor. There can be as few as 3 nurses covering the whole facility at any time. Most nurses are LPNs and not RNs. Aides are relied upon to care for patients, but they are understaffed. More than once a patient had no oxygen in their tank and it called for visitor intervention

I am a friend or relative of resident Physical and Occupational Therapists are fantastic. Support staff seemed to care about patients but medical staff and office staff are problematic. If it was not for the social worker (Gina), I would be pulling my hair out trying to deal with the office. Just try and get a bill for insurance purposes.
