My overall experience with CareOne in Hamilton was excellent. The staff and administration provided care and support for my Aunt during her stay at the facility. Keeping me informed was a key strength the administration and support staff demonstrated daily. It was a comfort to me to know my Aunt was being well taken care of. CareOne was the best decision I ever made to ensure my Aunt’s wellbeing was being treated professionally and with dignity in her final months.
The place was wonderful. I really did like the place and would recommend it to others. Care One has all 5's in every category. Everyone was very professional and extremely nice. If you have insurance to cover the bill partially then it is affordable. I had Long Term Care Insurance.
It should be noted: •the Food Service just changed and while I don't know that the food improved, the new worker's attitudes did. •Aids are friendly and nice, nurses not always on the ball. But when the supervisor of nurses got involved, the care improved immensely. •apparently the person who planned the activities left and the number of activities dropped off dramatically •For residents with mobility & speech issues, there are fewer things for them to participate in, so if they could at least have meals that are enjoyable, ... read more
The staff at CareOne saved my dads life. They really care and are invested in his wellness. It's worth the money to know he is safe and thriving. Room sizes are perfect, they have a lot of events and activities to keep the residents engaged.

We are so pleased with CareOne Hamilton and the difference it has made in our mom’s life. From the moment she moved in, the caring and experienced staff made her feel welcome and secure. I recently moved my parents to CareOne Assisted Living in Hamilton, NJ. I can confidently say after visiting several other facilities, it is one of the best assisted living facilities I have encountered. Overall, CareOne is a wonderful place for seniors to live comfortably and with dignity. Generally, that staff is pleasant. Communication with the family is decent and the food is good. I would recommend this facility to others, based on our experience.
My mom has been there for three years. She likes it and the staff are very friendly to her. She seems well taken care of and attended to. She has made some nice friends. My main gripe is that the prices go up about 10% every year. When we first toured, we were told they go up every 3-4 years, and have been stable for awhile. But we've seen big jumps the past two years. We know the CEO makes alot of money, I hope these increases are going towards the staff and caretakers, and not more million dollar bonuses for the bigwigs in... read more
