RecommendedCaribbean is in the process of putting in my pool. I cannot believe how well they work together. We have had many different crews here at one time. They all help each other. Fun to watch. They are kind, courteous and very professional. I’m am so grateful we chose this company. Highly recommend!! The company owns all their own equipment so no subcontractors. I did not have my pool Installed by Caribbean Pools but by Aqua Pools. Aqua dumped a ton of concrete in my pool and tried to fix this by dumping 5 gallons of Muriatic Acid in and hitting it with a stick. I believe this lowered the PH enough to ruin my heater. Aqua did nothing to help. But I went to Caribbean and talked to Wendy in service who was fantastic and directed me to the Mokena store. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Caribbean. Their communication, attention to detail, and respectful staff is just a few of the reasons they have been in business for so long. It is refreshing to find a business that follows through with their promises and goes above and beyond.
