I was a new patient and was treated like they knew me forever. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. Office staff was excellent and little to no wait time to see doctor. Once Dr. Shapiro came in, he listened and took notes on what was bothering me. Explained everything in detail and gave a little anatomy lesson as to why the pain was occurring.
