Returning patient from 2015. From the first phone call to the follow-up was very professional. The 2 ladies that i encountered there were wonderful making the process of my visit simple. That alone speaks volumes. As for Dr. Shapero, he is so very kind and knowledgeable…but I already knew that as a returning patient. Thanks to all involved in my care.
