Carl and his team are truly unique. As a Realtor, I have worked with many lenders over the years, but Carl is the best in the business. He did a loan for me a number of years ago, which literally saved my financial life during the last economic downturn. First time buyer and had great experience with whole benchmark team . Carl and Nina was very responsive and understanding what they are looking from my end. Also answered and cleared my queries I had during whole process. It was around 6 weeks process but I never had any compliant or experienced any delay from them.
