Called multiple times to cancel an appointment only to have the appointment not canceled. Charged $100 missed appointment fee and was not told until after I got my teeth cleaned. This is unfortunate as the dentist and the dental hygienist were always great. I cannot recommend a business that charge customers for their own mistake. This clinic and the staff are absolutely wonderful. They have been taking care of my son and my hubby for years now. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend.
