An excellent place to learn martial arts! My father and I have been attending this school some time and we both enjoy it. Not only is Mr. Machado a world-class grappler, but he is also a great teacher with a great philosophy- taking the time to make sure his students understand some of the very complicated and subtle techniques required in the practice of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I have trained in many martial arts and at many academies over my lifetime. There is nothing more powerfully transformative to one's life than Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Further I'm persuaded that there is no better academy than RCJ Machado. I am utterly satisfied and will continue on this journey with Carlos Machado as my guide. The RJC Machado BJJ school offers the best training in the Dallas area. I recently moved to the area and spent a great deal of time researching the local BJJ schools. I came from an elite school with a high level of training and was looking for the same to fill that void. There is a great range of skill levels that offer a great opportunity to challenge and be challenged. Master Machado does a phenominal job of teaching and encouraging his students to push themselves as a BJJ practitioner.

I've been training with Mr. Machado for 8 years now. The instructors here are great. The training atmosphere is friendly. I highly recommend it for women and children.

I have trained at other gyms in the past, but nothing compares to the patience and superior technique that has been shown to me at RCJ BJJ. This is top level training in a centralized Dallas location. My game has completely evolved since I joined. Ossss...

I have trained with Carlos Machado for over 10 years. Unfortunately, due to my work/travel schedule, I was unable to train with him on a consistent basis. When in town, Carlos would always welcome me as a member of his family. I have trained at many other Jiu-Jitsu schools throughout the world and I have never found an environment that compares to Carlos Machado's school. Master Carlos lives out the moto, leave your ego at the door, and provides an environment that is safe, humble, and physically challenging. Eddie Saenz
