I called the clinic a few days ago and spoke to a lovely nurse named Brea, I was worried about my dogs leg and she gave me some amazing advice. I went home and tried it, as I couldn’t get down to the clinic at the time and it worked. I was in hysterics about my dogs leg and she spoke so calmly and calmed me down. She was so lovely in her way of calming me down, and in her way of explaining what I should do and where to get the things I needed to help my dog. The team at the Carlton clinic are amazing, my dog Sadie is mostly familiar with Rachel, Holly and Helen and is always so happy when she leaves the vet. Those girls are very knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Keep up the good work!!
Compassionate, caring, thoughtful and professional. Amazing vets, in good times and bad. Very fortunate to have seen Helen when we had a tricky congenital problem with our puppy. Highly recommended.
