We were there for a few hours. I could tell that our salesman was getting irritated that it was taking so long which wasn't our fault. He was helpful nonetheless. Would have liked a little more on our trade in but nothing is negotiable. Vehicles are very reasonably priced. We are happy with our choice.

Y'all have some awesome people up there, but y'all also REALLY need to work on the transport of a vehicle from one dealership to another. We were told that our car was put in to be transported the end of June and we were told it was going to be here the 3rd at the latest and then told it was going to be here the 5th at the latest and now I doubt it'll even be here until next week. Your communication with your transport companies suck!
Jon and Steve were awesome. We drove from Memphis and got there right before closing and our transaction ended up taking a little longer than expected, putting them almost an hour and a half late getting home that evening. They remained professional and helpful throughout the whole process, answering each and every question with patience and courtesy. Thank you guys! Our girl loves her new Elantra!!!
