Good value for the money. Room was partially renovated. Changes are nice. Bathroom space very poorly laid out. Partially renovated.
Not worth the $ Room smelled, difficultly checking in was charged twice. And someone walked into our room!! Location and office staff was nice
Ideal para aprovechar la ubicación y el entorno de Carmel. Necesario GPS para localizarlo. El desayuno se ofrece en una cestita para tomar en habitación. Caro para lo que ofrecen. Nuestra reserva no cubría el desayuno, nos dijeron que estaba incluido y luego nos lo cobraron de la tarjeta sin avisar. Mala WIFI. Se marchan de recepción por la noche. Está en un paraje precioso. El hotel es muy cuco. Tranquilo y sin ruidos. Perfecto para llegar pronto y aprovechar para pasear y dar una vuelta en coche por el entorno.

Good engagement and helpfulness of desk agent could have been better. Toilet dripped inside tank and had to shut off water supply to sleep, toilet lid was loose and didn't stay up for male and something else needed mntnc. Told agent and he supposedly wrote it down but seemed to care less - and no apology and no offer for discount - current or future Location, balcony under trees and view of bay,
Muito caro para o que proporciona. Quarto escuro, café da manhã fraquíssimo ( cesta em frente 'a porta com poucos artigos), quando chegamos não havia recepção aberta ( deixou um envelope pregado na porta com nosso nome) . Alem do mais, chegar em Carmel 'as 21 horas, é chegar numa cidade sem iluminação pública ( fora da rua principal) e com somente 1 restaurante aberto em toda cidade ( na pequena rua principal, um restaurante grego, excelente por sinal mas que demoramos a achar). O hotel não vale o que custa.
