Great Service! They are the only shop I would trust with my cars. They got me new tires amazingly fast and stayed in constant communication the entire time. Excellent job.

Suspension Fix Diagnosis and fixed the next day. 2016 Tesla S - they handled it all very well and took care of all my issues after the Raleigh Tesla Service Center could not. I will use Carmines going forward for all my Tesla S needs. They know their cars and care about fixing it the right way.

Lexus Service and Wheel Alignment Tired of the Lexus dealer. Had my brake fluid flushed, my rear brake pads replaced, a tire and wheel alignment. Nice job. Wish the car Wash was done better but overall much better service than Lexus dealer which is surprising. Remote pay options so I didn’t have to rush back.

Always reliable Carmine and his staff have consistently and reliably provided the best service of any maintenance provider since I began my car ownership journey in 1968. Great install and communication Had them install an aftermarket suspension system on my Tesla Model Y. Communication was terrific as was the time it took to do the job (2 days). They also stayed late on a Friday as we live 1.5 hours away and got stuck in Friday afternoon traffic. Would totally recommend.
First-Time Customer As a first-time customer, very impressed with customer service and quality of service! A ride home and back, instead of having to wait, was great! And, a big surprise: they washed my car! I believe I have found a car repair shop I can trust, and one that will keep me informed of needed repairs of which I would have no clue! Looking forward to a long relationship!
