Quick, clear, and flexible with a changing closing date
Carol and Tawnie were absolutely wonderful! They were both helpful in navigating the mortgage process. Very knowledgeable of the ins and outs! They made me feel like a human. They both deserve 5 stars. The online process was tedious, painful, and confusing. The entire online signing process felt rushed and made me feel unappreciated and un-individualized. It would have been nice to do all of the paper review in person as the process moved along. The online process deserves on star.
