I hadnt been to a Dentist in awhile, but I was pleasantly surprised by Dr Bankc and his assistant Shannon. Everything was explained to my understanding, they were both down to earth and very cordial. I thought they really cared about me as a person and taking care of my condition.
I have been going to Dr. Banik for about 6 years now. I've seen him many times over the years. There has not been the slightest hint of dissatisfaction with him or any of his staff. Everyone is very friendly, professional,caring, compassionate, accommodating , and efficient. When you walk in the office, you are treated like family. If Dr. Banik thinks you need further analysis, he is quick to refer you to a competent professional. It's wonderful to feel so comfortable with your dentist and his staff.they are all great.
Dr. Banik is a great dentist. His staff is friendly and efficient My time is not wasted waiting to be seen. I feel very comfortable and relaxed coming in to see the dentist.

Have been coming to Dr. Banik for over 10 years!! Dr. Banik makes you comfortable and is super nice! Loooove Shannon and Linda, too!!
I never have much of a wait when I come into the office, and they are very flexible with my schedule. My hygienist actually educates me about better ways to take care of my mouth and isn't heavy handed. Dr. Banik is always very friendly and doesn't make you feel rushed like most dentists do. He will sit there and listen to my concerns and explain things to me on my level. The office is also very nice and comfortable.
