I appreciate the staff being pleasant and friendly. It made me more at ease. My hygienist was amazing! She was willing to answer any questions I had . As well as explain each part of my exam. I appreciate Dr. Banik taking the time to discuss my upcoming treatment with me. He made it clear what my next steps are and what treatments were a priority. I can't say enough good about the staff and Dr Banik. They are professional, courteous, and care for the comfort of the patient. I would recommend this office to ANYONE. Thank you for my most treatments and appointments.

Great experience from the front desk to the assistant, hygienist and Dr Banik. Very professional and caring staff. Put me at ease right away. First time I could say it was a pleasure going to the dentist!

I used to be nervous about dentists. Now I look forward to seeing everyone at Carolina Family Dentistry! I suffer from severe anxiety, and they always go beyond expectations to make me feel at ease and comfortable. Highly recommend Dr. Banik. I have a number of friends who go there also, and I have never heard a negative thing about him or the staff. Truly, they put the patient first in every way.

They were very understanding of what I wanted and needed to do. They were also very good when they worked on me not painful at all didn’t even really feel the shot. I would recommend.
