Professional, caring, friendly service. Laura did a great job with X-rays and cleaning. Dr. Banic spent time explaining the results of the X-rays and explaining my next procedure. Really appreciate when staff and doctor explain what they are doing. I didn't feel rushed. I felt respected. So glad I found this office so close to home.
Amazing!!!!! As a new resident of Charleston who hasn’t been to the dentist in eight years due to being scared of the dentist, I am thoroughly pleased with my visit. The cleanliness and friendliness of the stuff was amazing. With all of us still going through Covid, I truly get safe with all procedures. Shannon was amazing!! My appointment was my first one in almost 10 years. I was really nervous but my hygienist and dentist did an excellent job explaining everything to me. They even made me laugh a few times. I’m very excited to see the improvement in my oral health.

Laura was my dental technician and she was absolutely terrific in all regards. From her initial, friendly greeting to saying goodbye, she showed high levels of professionalism, efforts to make me comfortable in the chair, conversation that was fun and enjoyable, using a cleaning technique that was painless, and having a soft touch. Kudos to you, Ms. Laura!!!
