Let me first say I loathe going to the dentist because I've been cursed with bed teeth. I've gone to a few dentists in Charleston after moving here 5 years ago and they made me feel ashamed of my teeth and I never truly felt comfortable. Dr. Ron and Shannon were amazing! They explained everything they were doing throughout the visit, recommended products that will be proactive in my care for my teeth and other health issues, and made me feel so welcome. The best experience this dentist cares about people and listens and made me feel special and understood my concerns about possibly losing a tooth and how that can affect a persons smile and assured me I had many options and took the time to explain my options and I felt so good leaving there. I left there and it was two hours later I was giving my friend who has lost a tooth his business card..
