Everyone is always so friendly. I never spend long periods of time waiting to be seen.
Dr. Banik is a wonderful person and does great at his job. He really annalyzes the situation before attacking it and makes sure you are put on the right course of action/treatment. The only negative thing I experienced several times that I have come in for work to be done, Cindy, the front desk lady/nurse, is one of the RUDEST, mean and wicked behavior towards me and others that I have witnessed. Seen rapidly, everyone friendly. Hygienist made good suggestions and Dr. Banik friendly and very helpful. Worth the drive through the "DMZ" to get there! Like their text reminders - gotta start using these for my office. Can't you guys set up a satellite office in MP?
