Dr Banik and Shannon did awesome. Front staff not very friendly that day.Ā
My son is always excited for his appointments which is unusual to say the least for a 9-year-old, but Dr. Banik and his team have been our family dentist for years now and this reaction is not uncommon. I think that he always feels comfortable during his visits and he's aware that they will always be professional and treat him well. They're a warm, thoughtful group of people who never make you feel like a patient.
