Dr. Banik telephoned me after reading my feedback. I had a concern over Kelly’s fast and gentle approach to cleaning my teeth. Too fast and too gentle, in my opinion. He offered to re-clean my teeth. I accepted. During my re-cleaning with Shannon, she said I had a significant plaque buildup. This re-cleaning was after 39 days from my previous cleaning with Kelly. Dr. Banik is our family dentist and will continue to be as long as he is practicing. Everyone who works there is professional and personable. My hygienist Kelly is careful and gentle when she is cleaning my teeth, despite the fact that I don't floss as often or as well as I should. And they are great with kids as well.
