Dr. Bank has been available on several occasions, emergencies, when his office was closed, even two days before Christmas. He works with you regarding your insurance and explains throughly what needs to be done.

Kelly seemed too fast at cleaning my teeth (10 minutes vs normal 20 minutes). Back top teeth (wisdom) did not feel clean. Not the usual deep cleaning between teeth either.
Dr. Banik and his staff are very down to earth. They are helpful and friendly. Dr. Banik always brings his A game.
