Great customer service, great selection, pleasant shopping atmosphere with no pressure. My salesperson, Willie in the Waynesville store, was a great help, very courteous, friendly and customer oriented. I found exactly what I was looking for and was very pleased with the sale price and optional pet warranty I was offered. The only negative thing was the shipping cost of $199 through a third party contractor. I suggest that might be re-thought. Otherwise, great experience!

Carolina Furniture Concepts is fortunate to have Tiffany as a Design Consultant. She is very personable, patient and never once did I feel pressured to make a decision. She was knowledgeable and knew her products. It was an enjoyable furniture shopping experience and, by purchasing three items, I will as able to get a “bundle” price, saving me a considerable amount of money.
